Pierre-Alexis Ramaut is co-opted as partner, public law department in Rennes
Pierre-Alexis Ramaut, 37 years of age, has been called to the bar of Nantes then of Rennes since 2004. He holds a DESS (post-graduate degree) in Public Procurement and Delegation of Public Service (University of Poitiers, 2001). Pierre-Alexis was recruited by the firm more than 10 years ago and has been trained internally and promoted. Pierre-Alexis joined the Rennes office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2011 after seven years in Nantes. He works in the area of public economic law and public procurement, both as counsel, in the implementation of procedures for calls for tenders and competitive tenders or on the choice of management methods, and on disputes relating to the awards and performance of public procurement contracts. Pierre-Alexis Ramaut also works in the area of institutional law for local authorities and public institutions, and in competition law. He works, in French and English, jointly with the tax, corporate and employment law departments, as part of the firm’s interdisciplinary policy. He is supported by Ms Guillou, lawyer recruited in 2014.
Sébastien Harel is co-opted as partner, commercial department in Rennes
Sébastien Harel, 38 years of age, has been called to the bar of Nantes and then of Rennes since 2005. He holds a DESS (post-graduate degree) in Business Law- DJCE (post-graduate degree as corporate legal advisor) (University of Rennes I, 1999). Like Pierre-Alexis Ramaut, Sébastien Harel has developed his career at Cornet Vincent Ségurel which he joined 10 years back.
Sébastien Harel has a solid background in commercial contract law, insolvency law, company law litigations and banking law (collaterals and lending instruments).
Michel Kukula-Descelers, partner, corporate department in Lille
Michel Kukula-Descelers, 52 years of age, is a part of the Lille office since 2011, and holds a Masters in Business Law (University of Lille II, 1989) and an Executive MBA from the EDHEC Business School (2010).
He also has a specialisation in company law (2013).
Michel Kukula-Descelers who is a Lecturer in Master 2 in Insurance Law at the University of Lille II, is also a member of the Institut des avocats conseils fiscaux, the Institut Français des Administrateurs and the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers. Michel Kukula-Descelers started his career at Fidal as Tax Adviser (1989 – 1992), before joining the legal management team of the IT Group Axime (1992 – 1994) as Legal Adviser and later on joined the insurance group La Mondiale as Tax Manager (1995 – 1997).
He was a partner in the Tax Department of Deloitte & Touche in Lille (1997 – 2002), after which he joined the insurance group La Mondiale as Legal and Tax Director (2002 – 2010). He returned to the legal professional by creating the firm Manes Conseil (2010 – 2011), before joining the Corporate Department of Cornet Vincent Ségurel in Lille as Lawyer-Director. Michel Kukula-Descelers works mainly in the fields of company law, tax law, mergers & acquisitions and insurance law.
