Cornet Vincent Ségurel is reinforcing its corporate mergers and acquisitions and tax departments as well as developing its expertise in the area of financial transactions in Rennes by taking on board two new partners, René-Pierre Andlauer and André Watbot and their three associates who are joining the team of Pierre Lamidon.
At the same time the firm has co-opted Anne-Sophie Fleury and Anne-Sophie Le Fur-Leclair as labour law partners in Nantes. Cornet Vincent Ségurel is thus continuing its growth by offering more complete and structured services to its clients.
André Watbot, partner, corporate law, Rennes
38 years old and a member of the Bar since 2003, André Watbot holds an LLM in International Business Law (University of Exeter, 1998), a DESS [post-graduate degree taken after a Master’s] in business law – DJCE [corporate legal adviser] (University of Rennes, 1999) and a DEA [post-graduate degree taken after a Master’s] in private law (University of Rennes, 2000). André Watbot began his career with Gide Loyrette Nouel in Romania (2001-2002). He continued within the banking-finance department of Lefevre Pelletier & Associés (2003-2009) before founding the Andlauer Watbot firm in Rennes with René-Pierre Andlauer in 2009. René-Pierre Andlauer, partner, corporate law, Rennes
38 years old and a member of the Bar since 2001, René-Pierre Andlauer holds a DESS in Business Law – DJEC (University of Montpellier, 2000). After several years teaching at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Rennes, he joined the Rennes office of the Landwell firm (2007-2009) before founding Andlauer Watbot (2009-2013). René-Pierre Andlauer joined the Rennes office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel as a partner in the corporate mergers and acquisitions and tax departments. She continues to teach this subject at the University. He has also developed specialised expertise in the field of renewable energies.
Anne-Sophie Fleury, partner, labour law, Nantes
43 years old and a member of the Nantes Bar since 1998, Anne-Sophie Fleury holds a Master’s in Private Law from Erasmus (Cardiff-GB) (1994). Lecturer in labour law at the IAE (institut d’administration des entreprises [Institute of Business Administration]) in the Master 2 program [fifth year of university studies] – Counsel in Organisation and Management of Human Resources (2009 à 2012), Anne Sophie Fleury is also a participant in the Nantes Initiative (company creation). Anne-Sophie Fleury joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel’s labour law department in 1994.

42 years old and an attorney since 1999, Anne-Sophie Le Fur-Leclair became a member of the Lorient Bar in 1999 and then the Nantes Bar in 2000. Holder of a Master’s in Business Law (University of Rennes, 1996) and a DESS Certificate in Business Administration (CAAE) from the Institut de Gestion [Management Institute] of Rennes (1998), teacher of corporate law at the AFTEC [Catholic Educational Association for Technological Training] (Rennes, 1996-1997) then a participant within the Union des Entreprises 35 [network of companies], Anne-Sophie Le Fur-Leclair benefits from both in-house and law firm experience.
